Making your purchase at KitCat.es is really easy. 

- Browse through the main menu through the different product categories to see the different products.

- Choose the products you want to buy, the quantity of this and add them to the shopping cart.

- Click on the basket that appears on your screen (at the top right) to go to your shopping cart and be able to finalize your order.

- To finalize the order, you just have to accept the 'terms and conditions' box and click on 'Finish Order'.

- To finish, you just have to create an account, choose the payment method, indicate the shipping address and provide us with your personal data (which we will treat with total security and confidentiality).

After completing your purchase you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the detailed summary of your order.

Payments can be made by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro and Red6000 cards) and with PayPal.

Create account during the purchase process: If you have never bought at Kit Cat before, during the purchase process the registration screen will appear in the Kit Cat account. You will only have to fill in the form to continue with your purchase process.

*Do not confuse the Kit Cat account to order and control all your purchases with the Kit Cat Club. The Cat Club Kit is independent, and will serve as a channel to receive exclusive promotions.

In Spain (Peninsula) shipping is free on orders from € 39.

In Spain (Balearic Islands) shipping is free on orders from € 49.

In Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, shipping is free on orders from € 59.

Shipping costs are free for orders over € 49. For orders less than this amount, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, but we are working to do so soon.

All shipments are prepared and sent after making the purchase in Kit Cat. If you place your order after 17:XNUMX p.m., your order will be sent the day after your purchase.

Our wet food does not contain cereal, cereals are not recommended if the cat does not drink a lot of water because they absorb it. In addition, we do not incorporate salt or phosphorus and they are in jelly. 

You can also supplement your diet with liquid snacks that have a high percentage of moisture. Our Purr Puree snacks and milk have slightly more than 87% moisture, ideal for a snack or at any time.

If you choose the Purr Puree, we recommend the Urinary Care that contains cranberry extract and helps prevent possible infections. Milk having another flavor, not without taste like water, you may like it more to hydrate yourself. 

None of our products carry medication, they can be combined with the prescription given by your veterinarian.
